I never wanted to be an addict. I don't think any of us do. One day you think you are normal, living a normal life, and then one day there is concrete proof that you are not.

hey girl did you ever think you would make it if so bet,you didnt think you made it in by being a drug addict i'm proud. your mind see's things in a whole diffrent way now but your never feel normal again your mind wont feel the same and your flash into into the past alot it's going to be a struggle so hang in there i'm trying too. natalie

Lynn Marie Smith has appeared on several television shows, including, The Oprah Winfrey Show, MTV’s True Life,and The Dr Keith Ablow Showto talk about her experience with addiction and recovery. She has testified before Congress and is a member of the Advisory Board at the Partnership for a Drug Free America. Lynn continues to speak out across the country, at high schools, jails, rehabs, and colleges in personal appearances that draw rave reviews. Her first book, Rolling Away, My Agony with Ecstasywas published by Simon and Schuster Books in May 2006.
